In 2018 the concept of LOCAL AUTHORITY FLEXIBLE ELIGIBILITY was launched in order to
assist in target delivery under ECO3
Local Authorities could write a policy which illustrates who within their geographical area
would qualify even if they are not on benefits
Not all LA Areas have policies but those that have publish them on their websites
We are “On Board” with over 90 Local Authority Areas with more being added all of the
time – if you can confirm where any properties are, we work with the Local Authority to
ensure we can assist as many people as possible.
